The Motivated M.D. is a website and blog founded in December, 2021 by me, a practicing pulmonary and critical care physician at an academic institution in the Southeast United States.  I created this website with the primary goal of sharing my journey towards financial independence with other healthcare professionals who may be in similar situations.  After years of self-education through reading, writing, and planning I ultimately started The Motivated M.D., and the response has been incredible. 

I publish an original post every week.  Traffic to the website has doubled year over year.  The Motivated M.D. is already approaching 100,000 pageviews for the 2024 calendar year by March of 2024 and growing fast! 

Currently, I have a growing number of e-mail subscribers, Twitter followers, Instagram followers, and WordPress subscribers.  My articles have been featured on The White Coat Investor, Physician on Fire, KevinMD, Financial Success MD, Doximity and more! 

Currently all proceeds generated by the The Motivated M.D. go towards continued maintenance and improvements of the website itself.  As the site transitions to being a productive endeavor, if revenue allows, I plan to pursue a charitable mission that will include donating a portion of proceeds towards a donor advised fund. 

At the current moment, I am interested in site sponsors whose services can be beneficial to my primary audience.  Currently my primary audience includes individuals in all stages of medical education; physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, and other high-income earners predominantly in healthcare professions.  Each site sponsor will receive a virtual presence on the home page of the website.  This virtual presence will provide ads linking to your content.
